Atmospheric River and What's Expected Thursday-Saturday

Beginning tomorrow and into Saturday there is an armospheric river expected. A flood watch and wind advisory have been issued. This means residents need to prepare in anticipation for more severe weather. The ground soil is already fully saturated. 

Just like with previous storms this year, take action now!

Sandbag stations are located at Woodside Town Hall and Portola Valley Town Center (by the basketball field). 

Avoid driving in unsafe conditions 
Stock up on food and water for your family (and pets)
Check on neighbors
Charge devices and be prepared to evacuate if need be
Make sure you are signed up for SMC Alert

Check Zonehaven for road closure status
Clear gutters and make sure there are no drainage blockage
